Witch Hazel is one of those herbs that have a long history of use in North American herbalism. Today, it continues to be trusted and well respected for its ability to support healthy veins, which are vital for circulatory health.

Witch Hazel bark is used much like the leaves – for its ability to tighten and tone and to support venous health. The bark however contains a higher content of a specific astringent compound, hamamelitannin. <br><br>COMMON NAMES: Hamamelis, Winterbloom.<

Ingredients: Witch Hazel 

Common use:

Herbal astringent; supports healthy veins; promotes healthy circulation.

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
