Directions & Precautions
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, magnesium, and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of these medications.
Not suitable for use by children under 15 years.
Ginkgo biloba may affect the way prescription medicines work. Consult your healthcare professional.
May increase blood pressure. Care required for people on blood pressure medication.
People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
Adults: Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
