When we set out to develop the Hybrid Slough Stand, our goal was to design a dog stand for the hunter and keep the dog's best interest in mind. The Hybrid Slough Dog Stand features a highly durable tube construction with a quick-hinge leg system for easy set-up and take-down. The height adjustment legs accommodate for water depths up to 38" and feature rock-solid reinforcements so your dog won't wobble. Our integrated leg stubs provide a secure hold on all surfaces such as gravel, mud, or even hard ground. In addition, the roomy 24" x 26.5" quick drain platform will not trap in water and allow for easy drainage. Providing a comfortable perch for your retriever in any environment has never been easier.

Not for aggressive chewers! Done for in about two minutes. I unboxed this and tugged with my Mal for a but then let her have it. Within minutes she had chewed through it. Not worth the money.

Not Quite So Durable...

Maybe I have a SUPER aggressive chewer...he went through this ball in under a week. I originally bought the ball because of a review that stated the owner's Pitbull had the same ball for two years; not so much for my Rottweiler. He started chewing off and swallowing small crumbs from the ball within a day or two. By the end of the week, it was chunks so I had to toss it in the trash to prevent an intestinal obstruction. On the up side, my Rottweiler LOVED the ball while it lasted. However, I can't, in good conscience, give this ball a rave review based on this experience. Please take this review with a grain of salt as I have yet to find ANY toy that my boy won't DESTROY in a week or two. I hope that someone finds this informative when searching for chew toys for SUPER aggressive chewers like mine.

A book that hugs back.

I picked this book for my brother-in-law when we were celebrating my sister’s pregnancy, and the title ‘Why a daughter needs a dad’ sealed the deal. The illustrations are beautiful and full of tenderness. The messages on each page are simple and meaningful. I could so clearly picture him reading it to his baby girl someday.
