The galvanized nails in Sadhu board are arranged in the shape of Flower of Life - a symbol of spiritual development, metamorphosis and awakening consciousness.
The step between the nails is 10 mm. Sadhu boards with 1 cm nail spacing are ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Handmade: It takes 3 to 5 days of scrupulous work to produce one pair of Sadhu boards. Each pair of Sadhu boards contains around 800 calibrated and hand-set galvanized nails.
