Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
Needle strikes occur when the selected hoop size in your machine settings exceeds the actual embroidery area of the 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm) magnetic frame or when your design’s dimensions are too large.
