2019 release. The periodic table jumble codename that is 2Xirtam (AKA the duo of Lee Anthony Norris and Frank Rumpelt) debuted the remarkable Quantized Memories on Carpe Sonum last year, and it appears that in that time, their imaginative breadth has been fired up as if by exploding supernovae. Quantum Worlds continues those previous machinations, and to say that it's an, uh, quantum leap forward from their opening salvo is to damn with faint praise. Who's responsible for what across these seven tracks is unclear, and, frankly, it doesn't matter: Norris and Rumpelt are so in sync it's scary, seemingly able to both compliment and augment each other's textural hues to a telepathic degree. The net effect is nigh on stunning. Tracks like the spellbinding "LF Quantization" and "Quantum State" will have you reliving the glory days of Atom Heart, Eyephone, and Nonplace Urban Field, not to mention some of Norris' golden Norken work, all of which is handily subsumed and recontextualized in the two tracks' bracing pattern 'n' pulse. It's a dazzling feast for the senses: sounds snap, crackle and pop, whole rhythmic intersystems are erected, arise, percolate, and iris. What results is ultimately the kind of stuff that's always drawn the more discerning of us to electronic music in the first place, the creation of heretofore unrealized sonic universes, sensations and tinctures the ear has never previously tasted, the genesis of trompe l'oeil for the cerebellum. Gorgeous
Color: Bronze-Tone
It really is pretty to look at. To be honest arranging the earring on the tree is a bit of a pain, because the leaves tilt in different directions, and you have to play with it a bit to get the earrings to hang the way you would like them, but once you figure it out, they look very nice. I just adore it because it looks so pretty. I use the basket on the side for rings and watches, and the little plate in the base for a few miscellaneous pieces like necklaces or bracelets for balance and because they look nice. You'll love it.

gorgeous, and worth the purchase.

I wasn't sure about purchasing the jewelry stand at first (I had my doubts), but those doubts quickly disappeared upon the arrival/unpackaging of the jewelry stand.
SHIPPING/PACKAGING
It was nicely packaged, and not bent or damaged when I recieved it. The stand was a little wobbly (due to careless measuring of the copper balls, the fault of the manufacturer)
THE PRODUCT
The pictures are not how it is. Remember that. I thought the tree would be more three dimensional, you know- like a real tree. It wasn't, though. It was like someone took a 2D copper tree and made it stand up. It's still pretty, though, and holds a lot of jewelry.
PRICE-WISE
If you're looking at the price and it says $45 or more, don't buy it. I waited a month for the price to go down (I'm just a cheapskate) and it did. It went from $45 or so, down to $25 or so. So, unless its life or death, be patient and buy it when the price is right.
OVERALL?
In general, I was pleased with the product. It wasn't my dream jewelry stand, but it was worth my money and the wait.

Beautiful and sturdy

This piece is far superior than I expected. It is beautiful and sturdy. I don't have a lot of fancy jewelry. I just have several everyday pieces with a few unique pieces. This tree was perfect. It is attractive, like a unique piece of jewelry itself.

Beautiful and Functional Desk Upgrade
