Designed for high-volume frying, this six-tank side-car system combines 75-lb. frypots, built-in filtration, and a stainless steel drain station in one floor-standing unit.
- Six-fryer battery configuration supports high-volume output in a single connected system.
- Each frypot is built for 75 lb. of oil capacity and uses an open pot design.
- Built-in under-fryer filtration helps save floor space and keeps drain/return lines internally plumbed.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds oil filtering and can pump up to 20 feet away.
- Matching stainless steel drain station includes a food warmer and dump pan.
- Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet provide durability and a professional look.
- Casters, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit are included for setup convenience.
