Faitiche release a short version of the radio play Zwischen (German for "between"). Devised and produced by Jan Jelinek for German public broadcaster SWR2, Zwischen brings together twelve sound poetry collages using interview answers by public figures. Each collage consists of the brief moments between the spoken words: silences, pauses for breath, and hesitations in which the interviewees utter non-semantic sound particles. These voice collages also control a synthesizer, creating electronic sounds that overlay and merge with the voices to make twelve acoustic structures. We all know the speaker's fate: you falter, you mispronounce, there are breaks, silences, and false starts. This results in delays, a language noise compared by Roland Barthes to the knocks made by a malfunctioning motor. Such gaps can be disconcerting, standing as they do for a failure of the speaker's rhetorical skills. But what happens when they become a constitutive, poetic factor? Zwischen consists of twelve answers to twelve questions. The answers were all recorded in interview situations. From the speech of the interviewees - all eloquent public figures - the pauses are extracted and edited together. The result is a series of sound collages of silence. But this silence is deceptive, as it is only meaning that falls silent. What remains audible is an archaic body language: modes of breathing, planning phases, seething word particles in search of sense that can break out into onomatopoeic tumult or drift off into sonorous noise. In a further step, each of the twelve collages controls a modular synthesizer via it's amplitude and frequency. Supposedly defective speech acts conduct synthetic sounds and the speakers regain their composure - not via the spoken word, but through sound. The opening questions in the various interviews are answered by: Alice Schwarzer, John Cage, Hubert Fichte, Slavoj Zizek, Joseph Beuys, Lady Gaga, Ernst Jandl, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Marcel Duchamp, Friederike MayrOcker, Yoko Ono, and Max Ernst. Jelinek extends his thanks to Frank Halbig and SWR2. Includes download code; Edition of 500.

Good value, works great, just the right size for me
Color: Tea Green, Style: Little Green Mini
I was concerned at first that the clean water/solution tank was small, but it's prefect for my needs. I was able to clean up 4 puppy-pee spots perfectly, and still have half the solution left over that I loaded in. I like that it is really compact so stores easily, that the cord and hose wind up nice and tight, and it can fit in a small space. Cleaning the dirty water tank was a breeze and took 2 minutes. Would recommend for spills and spot cleaning. Very handy and affordable.

Tiny but Mighty Cleaner That Saved My Couch
Color: Tea Green, Style: Little Green Mini, Color: Tea Green, Style: Little Green Mini
I had wanted the Bissell Little Green for the longest time. If you have pets or children, a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner like this can come in very handy.
One of my cats unfortunately peed on my couch, and I thought it might be the end of the line for it since it is a power recliner with non removable cushions. I picked this up as a last resort, and honestly also as an excuse to finally buy one.
I debated between the plug in and cordless versions, but ultimately chose the corded model because it has almost twice the suction power. At first I thought the suction felt a bit weak, but once I saw the liquid it was pulling up I was very impressed. During the passes I could literally see yellowish liquid being extracted. It was gross and satisfying at the same time. I was also surprised by how brown and dirty the recovered water was. This machine is tiny but mighty.
Weighing around 7 pounds, the Little Green is light and easy to carry around the house. It is also a bit quieter than a traditional vacuum. Cleanup is straightforward. You simply remove the dirty water tank and rinse it out. The vacuum head attachment rinses easily as well. For the hose, you can use the self cleaning tool by pressing the nozzle and running water through it for about 30 seconds.
There are still some lingering smells, but based on the color of the extracted water it clearly did a lot of work. I just need to do a few more cleaning sessions on my couch.
I am glad I finally bit the bullet and gave the Little Green a try. This adorable little machine may have saved me hundreds of dollars compared to hiring a professional cleaner or replacing my couch. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it for pet owners and anyone who needs a reliable upholstery and spot cleaner.

5 Stars for Suction, but the "Drill Brush Hack" makes it 10 Stars
Color: Tea Green, Style: Little Green Mini
I bought the Bissell Little Green Mini to handle the inevitable "kid and pet" messes that don't justify dragging out a full-sized upright. It’s impressively lightweight, about 45% lighter than the original and, in my opinion, seemingly more durable. The 4-foot flexible hose makes it perfect for stairs and car interiors.
The Secret Sauce: The Drill Brush Pairing
While the included 4" Tough Stain Tool is great for light scrubbing, the real game-changer is pairing this machine with a soft-bristle drill brush.
My Process: I spray the stain using the Little Green’s trigger, let it sit for 30 seconds, then use the drill brush on a low setting to agitate the fibers.
The Result: This combo lifts deeply embedded dirt and old pet stains that manual scrubbing just can't touch. Once agitated, I use the Little Green’s powerful suction to pull everything out. The water in the dirty tank is always satisfyingly (and gross) dark.
Key Performance Notes
Suction Power: Don't let the "Mini" tag fool you; the suction is strong enough to leave upholstery nearly dry to the touch.
Spray Effectiveness: The built-in spray trigger is precise. It delivers a wide, even mist rather than a messy stream, which is crucial for saturating a stain without soaking the underlying foam padding.
Self-Cleaning Feature: The HydroRinse tool is a lifesaver. It flushes the hose after use, preventing that "old damp carpet" smell from developing inside the machine.
Portability: It’s small enough to store in a standard bathroom cabinet, making it much more accessible for "emergency" spills.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
Extreme Portability: Easy to carry around the house or out to the driveway.
Long Reach: The 12-foot power cord gives you plenty of room to move.
Formula Efficiency: A little bit of the Oxy Spot & Stain formula goes a long way.
Cons:
Small Tanks: Because it’s a "Mini," you will be emptying the dirty tank frequently if you’re doing a whole couch.
Loud: Like most portable extractors, it has a high-pitched motor whine.

Works as expected but won’t replace professional carpet cleaning
Color: Tea Green, Style: Little Green Mini
I’d say this little green machine was worth the money. I’ve had it for a few months, and these are my pros and cons:
Pros:
-good size, easily stored in my closet
-cord length is long enough for my needs
-gets new stains out if I act quickly after spilling
-comes with carpet cleaner (unlike if I were to rent a carpet cleaner from my hardware store)
-great for spot cleaning
Cons:
-I can only spray the cleaning solution if the vacuum feature is turned on. I would like to spray and then wait a while, then turn on the vacuum feature. I could be doing this wrong, but I haven’t figured out a way to change this feature.
-the suction isn’t as strong as I’d like. I recently got my carpets professionally cleaned, and I understood why that service is still necessary even if I’m spot-cleaning with my little green guy often.
