The Aveda Damage Remedy™ Restructuring Shampoo 1000ml is a cornerstone of Aveda’s iconic repair system, utilizing the power of pure plant essences to solve complex hair concerns. The formula is famously centered around Quinoa protein, a complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids. Because hair is primarily made of protein, the quinoa molecules act as ""building blocks,"" filling in the gaps and fissures along the damaged hair shaft to instantly reinforce its structure.

Beyond protein repair, this shampoo incorporates a nourishing blend of coconut and babassu, which work together to gently lift away impurities while smoothing the hair cuticle. This ensures that the hair doesn't just feel stronger, but also looks significantly smoother and more reflective. Designed for daily or weekly use depending on your hair's needs, this 1000ml ""Pro"" size ensures that your journey toward healthy hair is never interrupted, providing an economical and sustainable way to maintain professional results at home.

Benefits

  • Intensive Restructuring: Quinoa protein penetrates the hair to help repair and strengthen from within, reducing the appearance of split ends and breakage.
  • Gentle Cleansing: Formulated without harsh sulfates, it uses babassu-derived cleansers to refresh the scalp and hair without causing further dehydration.
  • Lipid Restoration: Helps to replenish the hair's natural oils, which are often lost during bleaching, perming, or high-heat styling.
  • Instant Manageability: Smooths the hair surface, making it easier to detangle and style without additional mechanical damage.
  • Sustainable Professionalism: Packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and manufactured with 100% renewable electricity at Aveda's primary facility.
  • Aveda Pure-Fume™: Scented with a refreshing, spicy citrus blend of certified organic bergamot, mandarin, and ylang-ylang.

Ideal For

  • Chemically Treated Hair: Perfect for those who frequently highlight, bleach, perm, or use chemical relaxers.
  • Heat Styling Addicts: If you use a flat iron, curling wand, or blow dryer daily, this shampoo provides the necessary structural support.
  • Dry & Brittle Textures: Ideal for hair that feels ""straw-like"" or lacks elasticity and natural bounce.
  • Value-Focused Shoppers: The 1000ml size is the best choice for AMR Beauty customers who want salon-quality results at the best possible price per wash.

Why you'll love it
You’ll love this shampoo because it provides an immediate change in the ""feel"" of your hair. Many repair shampoos can leave the hair feeling stiff or ""coated,"" but Aveda Damage Remedy™ maintains a perfect balance of strength and softness. At AMR Beauty, we consistently recommend the litre size for anyone undergoing a major hair color transition—it is the ultimate insurance policy for your hair’s health. Plus, the signature botanical scent is incredibly uplifting, turning a standard hair wash into a luxurious self-care ritual.

Final word
Don't let damage define your hair's potential. The Aveda Damage Remedy™ Restructuring Shampoo 1000ml is a scientifically-backed, plant-powered solution that breathes life back into tired, broken strands. By integrating the power of Quinoa protein into your routine, you are giving your hair the tools it needs to stand strong against whatever the day brings.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
