The downlights in the multi-pack can be used with any GU10 bulb, but to utilise the dimming features, you need a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
The downlights are a breeze to install, as they are mains-powered, eliminating the need for a separate driver or transformer. You can wire them directly to the mains circuit, add a bulb, and you're done. However, if you're not confident in installing them, it's best to consult an electrician.
