The all Australian Fabricated Air Box is packed with features ensuring it should be your first choice when you a looking to upgrade your vehicles intake system.
- The High-quality Australian made Air Box is fabricated from 2.5 mm aluminium sheet metal ensuring high strength and no rust ever.
- PSICO® Performance Air Boxes feature a 10-mm thick polycarbonate lid engraved with PSICO® Performance logo. This lid allows easy inspection and maintenance of your air filter. It is also simple to tell if any water has ingress into the system requiring drainage. Being a simple to check system ensures you will never have to worry about possible engine failure or premature wear due to an excessively blocked air filter or possibly water in the inlet system
- The Air Box mounts into the factory location and mounting points.
- The Air Boxes modular design allows it to be connected to plastic style snorkels and can then be easily modified to connect directly to 4” stainless snorkels.
- The Air Box can be optioned with a 4” inlet ready to install to suit 4” Stainless Steel Snorkels.
- The Air Box comes standard in a durable satin black powder coat finish.
- The Air Box features an easy to access billet drain port with an anodized billet in-hex drain bung. This bung can be left open during normal conditions or easily installed to fully seal your air box when travelling through water crossings.
- Utilizing large conical PSICO® Performance clamp on filters ensures that no air or dust can bypass the air filter. This can be a frequent problem associated with compression sealed cylinder or panel type filters.
- Easy to follow instructions and cutting templates make installing the kit simple. It can easily be installed DIY in a few hours.

Assembly instruction so poor it made it fun

The finished cart looks great but, man, I gotta give it up to whoever put those assembly instructions together. You, sir or ma’am, are a GD LEGEND. Following your nonsensical, contradictory and deceptive instructions became a magical journey that started in frustration and ended in maniacal, elated tears of joy. It was as if you crafted a special love letter just for me with hilarious inside jokes along the way that we shared across time and space. You, in your cubicle, dumping out misleading and false information and me, staring indignantly at the page wondering what type of unhinged person could possibly get so much wrong. Like when you illustrated and labeled two distinct and separate parts (and even gave instructions as to how to assemble them into one) when one, solid piece was clearly all that was present in the box. And how you labeled it with a clear letter C despite the glaring and bold G adorning the piece, in fact, mislabeled every single piece in the set. When you told me to expect three distinct screw sizes even though you knew I would only find two. How the wrench was slyly hidden away from the hardware box and instead wedged among the casters. I think my favorite part was noting how washers were included but left to my assumptions as to where to include them (this direction coyly absent from the manual entirely), only to realize at the end I would need to disassemble the very first step to find their intended home, relying purely on intuition to guide me. Thank you for the journey. I am a better human being as a result. I can only envy those lucky people in the future who will go though the same process of growth as I will never be able to have the experience again.

Easy assembly and looks good
