Two of the heads were decided by fans during the voting for All Stars 5 (the female warrior and the dwarf). The other heads, and the final decos, were decided on by the studio and a brand new, never released before head made its debut in this set (the open mouthed vampire). Besides the 6 heads, the set also came with a shoulder piece and tail to match
