• Returns & Exchanges: New, unused items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging must be included.
• Non-Returnable Conditions: Used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Bare Steel products cannot be returned due to rust. For humid environments, consider Cerakote or Hard Chrome finishes.
• Cerakote & Hard Chrome Items: Custom-finished products may be returned for the value of the bare steel version only. A new coating fee applies for exchanges.
• Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Oversized or freight items may incur additional charges. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations must cover both directions of shipping.
