Mr. Edma's meticulous attention to detail set the foundation for this coffee to be able to be developed into the clean, sweat, beautiful cup of coffee our roasting crew works with each day. They lightly roast this coffee to bring out the intense fresh blueberry and lemon notes along w/ the bright acidity that make this coffee such a pleasure to drink.
