- 10 HP grinder and 5 HP peristaltic pump deliver approximately 2,000 lb. per hour throughput and can move slurry up to 100 feet.
- Nine onboard sensors help prevent overflow, pressure failures, overloads, and freezing risk.
- Partially insulated system includes a cold-weather package for unheated or cold-climate installations.
- Complete package includes the processing table, collection tank and cover, splashguards, bins, carts, valve kit, sensor kit, and piping/wiring materials.
- Stainless steel construction with chrome-plated finish components is designed for demanding foodservice environments.
