The independent floating deck system allows each cutting deck to follow ground contours both front-to-back and side-to-side. This design helps maintain consistent cutting height across uneven terrain. Twelve support tires with bearings provide stability and ensure even deck positioning, while reinforced wheel arms support structural strength during operation.
A belt-driven system with reinforced belts and a manual tensioning mechanism maintains consistent performance while reducing wear associated with automatic tensioning systems. Gearboxes are designed for continuous operation, with spiral gearing to improve efficiency and reduce noise. Cast iron pulleys are used to support durability and balanced rotation during use.
Cutting height can be adjusted between 1 inch and 5 inches using spacer adjustments, allowing adaptation to different mowing conditions. The telescoping wing system enables adjustment of cutting overlap, while the hydraulic folding mechanism supports transport between locations.
