The MB100A Aluminum Double Swivel Bar is designed to attach to both cables of a dual-stack functional trainer, connecting the two weight stacks into a single, unified bar for smooth bilateral movements. The revolving swivels allow the bar to rotate freely during exercise, reducing joint stress and enabling a more natural range of motion.
At just 1.3 lbs, the aluminum construction adds virtually no extra weight to the stack, keeping resistance readings accurate. The knurled grip surface provides secure handling during lat pulldowns, shoulder presses, bench press variations, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, and squats.
