TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — THE iPAD DOESN’T TURN ON AT ALL
I received an iPad that is completely dead. It doesn’t turn on at all, no matter what I try. I tested it with different chargers and adapters — nothing works. There’s no charging sign, no Apple logo, no reaction whatsoever. It’s just a dead device, clearly defective. On top of that, the color is wrong. I ordered silver, but they sent me blue, which looks totally different from the pictures — it’s more like a dull gray tone. I live in Armenia, and returning the product from here is extremely difficult and expensive, so I’m basically stuck with a non-working iPad that I can’t even use. The whole situation is very disappointing — the product is not as described, it’s faulty, and the seller provides no proper help or responsibility. Do not buy from this seller. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.
