VINTAGE SUMMARY
The 2025 Adelaide Hills vintage was defined by warm, dry conditions and an early start to the growing season. Lower-than-average winter and spring rainfall, followed by a dry, warm summer, led to reduced yields but excellent fruit concentration. The cooler pockets of the Hills preserved natural acidity and aromatic lift, particularly in white varieties. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir show great elegance and vibrancy, with fine structure and purity of flavour. An early but promising vintage delivering quality over quantity across the region.
