DIRECTIONS: Dilute product 4 parts water to 1 part cleaner. Wet wheels with water. Spray directly on wheels with a spayer. Use a brush to loosen any dirt . Rinse with fresh water. DO NOT LET DRY ON WHEELS! The dilution ratios for individual cleaning tasks will vary according to the degree of contamination.
