Experience the perfect blend of durability and flexibility with our Premium DIY Stretch Cover. Crafted with a cotton top for breathability and a stiff side + stretch top design, it ensures a snug fit and easy handling. The mid zipper adds convenience, while the stiff bottom provides reliable support. Ideal for customizing your mattress, this cover offers premium protection and a tailored feel for a restful night's sleep.

This Cover Has a Backstory:

In the fall of 2023, we started selling pocket coil units to DIYers building their own mattresses. Texas Pocket Springs has been selling coils to mattress makers for decades, but we were newbies to the DIY space.

Over the first year of engaging with the community on Reddit and talking to the DIYers buying our coils, we picked up on a clear theme: the zip-up mattress covers on the market had room for improvement. So in the fall of 2024, we developed our first DIY mattress cover. Our goal was to create a high-quality DIY cover with a built-in fire barrier layer—something other options were missing—while keeping the price point in line with other available covers.

The cotton cover was a hit! We've heard from hundreds of customers who appreciated the FR layer and loved the quality. But as DIYers, we're always thinking about how we can make things better, right? So we did.

We took all the feedback and pain points frequently mentioned on Reddit and designed a premium DIY cover from the ground up—the best mattress cover you can buy for your build:

  • Sturdy bottom layer: Helps keep your foam and coils from squeezing down into the slats. (We still recommend slat spacing of no more than 3 inches.)

  • Sturdy side panel: We added stitched ridges to make the sides less stretchy while maintaining a premium feel. This reduces the bulging effect you’ll often see when using coils in other DIY covers.

  • Mid-zipper: This one’s a BIG deal. Most zippered covers attach the zipper to the top or bottom panel because it's cheaper to manufacture. Placing the zipper in the middle of the side panel requires more cutting and stitching—but it makes assembling your mattress much easier. You'll also find a fabric flap behind the zipper, making it easy to zip up without snags.

  • Stretchy cotton top: Adding a cover to your build will always firm it up slightly, but a stretchy top layer helps minimize that change. Our top panel has just the right amount of stretch, with enough body to mask the rubbery feel of a latex top layer. It also has a really nice texture you’ll enjoy through your sheets.

  • Waterfall edges: Partly for style, partly for comfort—the top panel wraps around the corners so the seam between the top and side panels sits about 1 inch below the top of the mattress. That means no annoying seam rubbing through your sheets, and it gives your build a finished, store-bought look.

Note: To get the amount of stretch we wanted in the top panel, we had to eliminate the FR layer from it.

Note #2: Top panel cosmetic design is subject to change. The fabric is used on several mattresses and as new mattresses are introduced the cover patterns often change. Not the material just the pattern,

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
