A cool-to-touch, high-capacity holding and proofing cabinet that combines moisture control, mobile convenience, and easy-to-service removable controls.

  • Moisture module provides heated holding and proofing with a thermostat range up to 200°F.
  • Gray Insulation Armour exterior is designed to stay cool to the touch while resisting dents, impact, and stains.
  • Fixed wire slides on 3" centers support up to (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" hotel pans.
  • Clear polycarbonate door lets staff view contents without opening the cabinet and losing heat.
  • Mobile base with 5" casters includes two brakes for secure placement.
  • Removable bottom-mounted control module simplifies cleaning, servicing, and future upgrades.
