The GO EZ Brush has the same soft non-scratch bristles but uses a different bristle pattern and rigid stem to offer a much different tool compared to the original brush. I have major foot problems, have tried all kinds of shoes, orthotics, and inserts... but believe it or not, these shoes work better than any of that stuff. I wear them daily.
