This first-ever anthology of Neo-Hasidic philosophy brings together the writings of its progenitors: five great twentieth-century European and American Jewish thinkers--Hillel Zeitlin, Martin Buber, Abraham Joshua Heschel, Shlomo Carlebach, and Zalman Schachter-Shalomi--plus a young Arthur Green. The thinkers reflect on the inner life of the individual and their dreams of creating a Neo-Hasidic spiritual community. The editors' introductions and notes analyze each thinker's contributions to Neo-Hasidic thought and influence on the movement. Zeitlin and Buber initiated a renewal of Hasidism for the modern world; Heschel's work is quietly infused with Neo-Hasidic thought; Carlebach and Schachter-Shalomi re-created Neo-Hasidism for American Jews in the 1960s; and Green is the first American-born Jewish thinker fully identified with the movement. This is a great air purifier! We had some work done in our master bathroom & really wished we would have purchased this sooner! We lived in the house during the remodel, but so much junk is circulated in the air since demolition of our 60 year old home! Both my husband & I have had respiratory infections! Great for a bedroom and nice white noise sound!

Great value and power from a little purifier!! I’ve been using this for about a year and got one for my parents as well because it worried so well. I use it in my master bedroom and purchased originally for putting in front of an open window so it would serve as a fan pulling in air AND clean the allergens out of the air! We have allergies so the big fan in front of the window brings in tree and grass pollen and we’d cough all night and wake up with a sore throat. Now this purifier is on a short stool, sucks the air in, blows it up to the fan that we turn on sometimes when it gets real hot. On high setting it is like a fan on medium, and perfect white noise for sleeping. The filters aren’t expensive and I just subscribe and save every 6 months.

Quiet and economica

I got this to use in my bedroom and it is perfect for that. It cleans the air effectively, and its very easy to change the filter. Filters are also very reasonably priced. It is extremely quiet ad well. I'm very happy with this purchase.
