Due to overwhelming demand for Jazzman Records' five-LP boxset, here are the first ever official individual reissues of all five of the iconic Lansdowne recording sessions by the legendary UK jazz combo, the Don Rendell-Ian Carr Quintet. The five albums; 1965's Shades Of Blues (JMAN 107X-LP), 1966's Dusk Fire, 1968's Phase III (JMAN 109X-LP), 1969's Change Is (JMAN 111X-LP), and 1969's Live (JMAN 110X-LP), have reached almost mythical status in the collector's world. Regarded as holy grail artifacts for even the seasoned aficionado, the collective second-hand market value comes to an astonishing £6000. Jazzman Records located and acquired the original analog master tapes from the Universal vaults and created masters at Abbey Road Studios to produce audiophile quality 180 gram pressings replete with replica artwork - shape, design, and even paper stock. No stone has been left unturned to deliver this absolute labor of love to the highest possible standard. Inside is a link to a printable online pdf which contains never before seen photographs, interviews with the remaining living band members and liner notes from BBC Radio 3 presenter, and award-winning jazz writer Alyn Shipton. The band played together for seven years and during this fruitful time they made a plethora of deeply melodic, post-bop British jazz compositions that later on took influences from Indo and more spiritually guided jazz. Produced by the influential Denis Preston and recorded at his Lansdowne Studios in London, the band was primarily made up of saxophonist Don Rendell, trumpeter/composer Ian Carr, and pianist/composer Michael Garrick. This is UK jazz at it's absolute finest and is a treasure not to be missed. Original replica flipback color sleeves; 180 gram vinyl, mastered from the original master tapes at Abbey Road Studios, London; poly-lined and printed individual inner sleeves; contains link to online PDF with printable liner notes.

Best cold brew brewer out there

One of my favorite purchases in a long time. This coffee maker is just a perfect size and it can be put in the fridge in any direction, on its side, on its top, whatever. It does not leak and it's very easy to clean. Just a superior product all the way around.

Great cold brew maker!
So far this has been a big improvement from a different brand cold brew maker I had. It is simple and easy to used doesn’t leak. The coffee comes out tasting great! It has a smart design that works well. It’s a great deal for how well it works. It is big enough to last all week but not take up to much space in the fridge.

Air gets trapped in the filter so it won’t fully steep

Filter doesn’t let air out. It’s weird about all these positive reviews bc I tried cold brewing tea two times overnight but the filter holes are so small that basically it traps a large air bubble inside with the tea leaves. The water was barely steeped. It was weird enough to the point where I thought there must be a clear film on the filter that I hadn’t removed. When I loosen the lid all do the air rushes out and it fills w water, but when you tighten the lid any air inside with your grounds/leaves is trapped and prevents steeping. I kept thinking it was me based on all of these positive reviews but I could not prevent the massive about of air from getting trapped in the filter. If they made the holes bigger (not too big to let grounds out but currently you could mistake it for plastic film) then it would’ve been perfect. Nice size and about what I’d drink in a day or so. Change the filter hole size to let air flow out and I’ll buy it back!

My tea stays warm to the bottom of the cup!!!
I am so glad I purchased this mug water. I drink tea all day but it cools down quickly. Since I purchased this mug warmer my tea stays hot to the bottom of the cup. The temperature is adjustable so you can keep your drink at your desired temperature. The top is glass and wipes clean easily. I like the rubber gasket that fits on top of the warmer. It keeps your mug in the center of the warmer and should you have a spill it catches the liquid. I've been using it every day for over a month now and it's going strong and is reliable. Perfect for personal use or as a gift.
