You’ll be pleased to find that these gates can expand to accommodate openings ranging from 29½ to 38 inches wide. You can also purchase additional extensions separately to fit a maximum entryway width of 54 inches. The one-handed, safe spring-loaded latch makes it easy to operate the 19-inch-wide door. Plus, the door swings both ways for added convenience. Just slide the latch release back, lift, and open.
