Grotta Sonora's Cosmo Plates are flat, rectangular sheets hung vertically, played like a gong. Their sound is open, much like a traditional Wind Gong, or like the Grotta Sonora King Gong series, with a complex crash and wash. They're lightweight and easy to carry, great for people just getting into sound work.
Each one is visually striking, with unique patterns from one to the next. They are made from an alloy with a high presence of nickel mixed with stainless steel.
