Anchor is the first record from dream-pop veterans Trespassers William. Recorded in 1998 while the band were still teenagers in their native southern California, the album shows the band developing their signature sound within the context of singer/songwriter Anna-Lynne Williams' always beautiful and haunting songs. Though the expansive sound scapes they would explore on later recordings are more subtly presented here, the atmospheric melodies of guitarist Matthew Brown still gracefully complement Anna-Lynne's ethereal vocals.

Worked great for the 4 months it lasted

I liked this can opener a lot when I first got it. It was easy to use, and it left smooth edges after opening the can. I also liked the fact the batteries were replaceable. However, after 4 months it stopped opening the cans. It just went around and around the edges. I tried replacing the batteries but it did not help. I plan to replace it with a different brand.
