Integrated Twin-Shaft Agitator
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum bridge – tilts out with the kettle for easy access.
- Totally enclosed gear-motor, two speeds: High = 46 RPM main / 120 RPM secondary • Low = 23 RPM main / 60 RPM secondary.
- 304 SS anchor-type main agitator perfectly contours the kettle; removable nylon scraper blades reach every surface.
- 304 SS counter-rotating beater eliminates hot spots and keeps particulates in suspension.
- Quick-release bayonet mounts for tool-free removal and cleaning.
