But in the 55th minute, Bale lobs the ball up field to Aaron Ramsey, who finds Robson-Kanu in the middle of the box. Unfortunately for Kanu, he's got his back to goal with 3 defenders surrounding him. In a split second, Kanu turns on the ball in the box, sending the defenders the wrong way, before slotting home and putting Wales 2-1 up! That wasn't the end of it, Belgium came back fighting, but the Wales back line stood strong, and 5 minutes before the end Sam Vokes make it 3. Wales are heading into the semi finals!-----

I am using this with Nano-Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and so far my teeth feel really smooth. It says it helps rebuild the mineralization on your teeth and that is why they feel this way. I'm all for that! I ordered the mint flavor and while the taste is good, it does burn. It does have a lot of oils that could cause this. I'm finding the more I use it, it is burning less. I also find if I hold it in my mouth first without swishing right away, that seems to help. If it is helping my teeth and gums, then I can work through a little discomfort. I personally think its a good product backed by science.

I am very big into natural products and ingredients. This is great mouthwash that helps sensitive teeth and keeping them clean. My son uses with braces and it helps a lot since flossing is difficult.

Leaves teeth feeling CLEAN!

I clench my teeth so my teeth break down easily. I cannot use other mouthwash as it causes canker sores and bleeding gums. This was quite minty but not over the top. After use my teeth felt soooooooo clean!! A must try with your daily oral routine.
