- Six 20,000 BTU manual griddle burners (one every 12") deliver instant zone-control and rapid recovery.
- Left-side 26½" convection oven (30,000 BTU) circulates hot air for faster, more even baking & roasting.
- Right-side 26½" standard oven (35,000 BTU) handles everything from sheet-pan prep to low-n-slow braise.
- Two chrome-plated racks supplied with each oven; five rack positions for flexible loading.
- Oven thermostats adjust from 250 °F – 500 °F and feature 100 % safety gas shut-off.
- Stainless steel front, sides and 6" deep landing ledge stand up to daily commercial abuse.
