In The Silence Electric, the latest record in Julie's Haircut's long history of sonic otherworldliness is notable for it's deft balance between hypnotic radiance and extrasensory intensity, between beatific calm and palpable anger. Yet it's also a record which has arrived through a strange process of osmosis from a band confident enough to let subconscious and metaphysical aspects steer them in the appropriate directions. We embraced the incidents, letting the songs guide us to their final form rather than trying to force them in a precise direction confirms the band's Luca Giovanardi. For all it's divings, this is a collection of supremely confident and cohesive ditties that sees the deep-end diabolism and mantric intensity of the Italian-based band's Rocket debut, 2017's Invocation And Ritual Dance Of My Demon Twin expanded into a righteous fury and incandescent splendour. Whether it's the heavy-lidded rapture of Lord Help Me Find The Way (like Spiritualized transposed to 1970s Berlin), the menacing dream-state of In Return or the Suicide-damaged psychic assault that is Sorcerer, all is subsumed by a bold singularity of intent, amidst a colourful firestorm of electronic monomania, jazz-tinged atonality and indelibly memorable vocal hooks. There's a theme springing from the title of the record and the (cover) photos of Annegret Soltau that deliver some sense of helplessness, suffocation, difficulty in communication notes the band's Luca Giovanardi. Works as advertised with minor aiming quirk
Style: 1 to 1 IR Repeater
Setup was quick and straightforward. I plugged it in, placed the receiver, and it started relaying signals right away. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and successfully extends remote control range to my equipment without any complicated configuration.
The only issue I have noticed is that it can be a little directional. I sometimes have to angle my remote slightly from the left or right instead of pointing straight at the receiver for it to register consistently. It is not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind when deciding where to place it.
Overall, it performs its intended function well and is a solid option if you need an IR repeater, especially considering the price and simple setup.

So Much Fun! High Quality & Perfect Alexa Smart Integration.

I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must.
The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient.
It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. You can change the colors instantly to give the room whatever mood or feel you are in the mood for. The build quality feels solid, and after months of daily, continuous use, the durability is excellent with no flickering or dimming. It has truly added a new level of enjoyment and style to my office space.
