No returns will be made unless the item was damaged in transit and reported to me within 3 days of receiving your item. We do not offer returns on items damaged due to the elements, cracks, or wear and tear.

Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood. Laser cut items are created from plywood, acrylic, MDF or other laser safe and certified materials specified in the order listing. There may be burn marks, slight chips, or minor imperfections due to the laser cutting process and the nature of the material used. These products are very fragile and can break if mishandled or dropped.
