The facial roller includes two sides, different sizes. Use the larger roller on cheeks, forehead and neck. Use the smaller roller in upward strokes around eyes and nose.

Use the gua sha tool with light pressure on jaw bones and neck. Be careful to not be rough on your face and damage cells or blood vessels. Using on jaw helps relieve tension from teeth clenching and grinding.  

The set comes with a box with basic instructions.
