Escaping the School Leader's Dunk Tank: How to Prevail When Others Want to See You DrownHave you ever felt as if a supervisor, coworker, or even your own school board was trying to sabotage you? No school leader is immune to the effects of discrimination, bad politics, revenge, or ego driven coworkers. Have you ever felt as if a supervisor, coworker, or even your own school board was trying to sabotage you? No school leader is immune to the effects of discrimination, bad politics, revenge, or ego-driven coworkers. If you've ever worked in such conditions, you know that adversaries can make your job as a school leader miserable. But even if you're lucky enough to be thriving in your current role, you've probably seen leaders whose careers have been tanked by difficult and demanding circumstances. You may even wonder from time to time, "Am I next?" In Escaping the School Leader's Dunk Tank, Rebecca Coda and Rick Jetter interviewed superintendents, principals, and other educational leaders across the nation who have faced "dunk tank" situations. Through real-life stories and by sharing insightful research, the authors (who are dunk tank survivors themselves) equip school leaders with the practical knowledge and emotional tools necessary to survive and, better yet, avoid getting "dunked." You'll learn: * Which emotions may be triggering your adversary's negative behaviors. * How to recognize the most common tactics used against school leaders. * Why building positive relationships is important to your survival. * What you may be doing to hurt others' careers...or even your own. * How to redefine yourself and reclaim your life and career if you've ever been "dunked." The keys to prevailing are being proactive, learning to recognize the warning signs of adversarial conditions, and responding quickly and wisely. Escaping the School Leader's Dunk Tank will show you how.

Be careful of sharp edges
Color: Silver, Size: Medium, Color: Silver, Size: Medium
This is a decent organizer for the kitchen. Not too big and not too small for what I have. I like how it has two tiers so I can put soap bottles on top and sponges underneath. I also like that it just stands on the rounded edges instead of having legs. Those can start looking a little gross over time. I’m not sure if it’s just the one I bought, but you do want to be careful. Some of the welded parts had metal sticking up that I had to hammer down. The drain plate has some sharp edges. Not as sharp as a knife, but sharp enough you might cut yourself. I have another one from a different seller and just one tier, but it has a similar drain plate. That one has slightly rounded edges compared to this one. I would have like it more if the top basket was slightly taller. I get scared the glass soap dispensers I have might get knocked over easily. It would also be nice if the bottom could have a bit weight to it to avoid tipping. Overall, I would still recommend this over a single basket if you have more items you want to hold.

Great product
Color: Sand Nickel+Brush Holder
Very happy with this purchase. It is relatively compact so it doesn't take a lot of room in my sink, but big enough to hold sponges and wand. It also gives you the option to hang on wall or sink.

So far so good!
Color: Silver+Brush Holder
It’s only been about a week since I applied it, seems sturdy enough, and the adhesive was sticky enough that it seems secure. I use very hot water to wash dishes due to illnesses and it’s held up well to the heat of the kitchen thus far using just adhesive. Good buy!
