An absolutely amazing 2-way set with a large 7" sub/midbass speaker and a 2.6" wideband for the mid/high frequencies. An unconventional configuration where the woofer digs all the way down in the sub-40Hz range and the wideband takes over at just under 300 Hz. Wonderful installation possibilities are enabled by this set with amazing detail, texture and dynamics. All in a compact and lightweight package.
The enormous 55.8mm woofer voicecoil and soft 65sh rubber suspension plus a strong neodymium magnet motor makes this a detailed high-end 7" subwoofer that plays well in the low-midrange too. So this coupled with the elite 2.6" ceramic wideband makes the perfect combo for really high-end but simple setups. Of course only active operation is possible, no passive crossovers are provided (nor would be of any use anyway). The end results with proper installation can be exceptional!
