The Solfeggio Scale is classic musical exercise we know as Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti, and back to Do (the hills, indeed, are alive with the sound of music). It comes from a thousand year old musical practice, dating back to Benedictine Monks and a hymn to St. John the Baptist.
