Xốt gà cay Yangnyeom Ebara là sản phẩm tái hiện lại loại sốt gà cay ngọt làm nên món gà yangnyeom nổi tiếng Hàn Quốc – một trong các loại gà rán sốt kiểu Hàn đỉnh cao, chinh phục người dùng bởi lớp sốt cay ngọt siêu hấp dẫn phủ đều lên từng miếng gà giòn rụm thơm béo.

Xốt gà cay yangnyeom Ebara được làm từ thành phần nguyên liệu và gia vị chọn lọc kĩ bao gồm tương ớt gochujang, mật ong, ớt đỏ, dầu mè, tỏi, bột đậu nành, nước táo,…phối trộn đều với nhau dựa trên tỉ lệ hoàn hảo mang đến hương vị cay ngọt, thơm rất vừa vặn.

Sốt có dạng sệt với màu đỏ đậm, có thể dùng để trộn hoặc phủ trực tiếp lên những miếng gà rán sau khi chiên giúp bạn dễ dàng có ngay một dĩa gà rán Hàn Quốc thơm lừng, hấp dẫn cả về màu sắc và hương vị.

Ngoài gà rán, bạn cũng có thể dùng làm sốt chấm cho các món chiên rán khác hoặc chế biến món ăn theo ý thích như đậu phụ sốt cay ngọt, . Sản phẩm được đóng chai nhỏ gọn, dễ dàng sử dụng và bảo quản.

Thành phần: Xi-rô ngô fructose cao, xi-rô tinh bột, axit amin dạng lỏng, nước táo, tương ớt gochujang, muối, mật ong, ớt đỏ, bột đậu nành nhuyễn, tỏi, dầu mè, bột tỏi, chất làm dày (INS1442, INS415), phẩm màu tổng hợp (INS150a), chất điều vị (INS 621, INS635), chất điều chỉnh độ acid (INS 330), chất tạo ngọt tổng hợp (INS 950, INS 955)
