Key Features

  • Titanium Coating: Reduces friction and heat buildup during drilling, extending the life of the bit significantly compared to uncoated alternatives.
  • High Speed Steel (HSS) Construction: Heat-treated and highly polished for maximum hardness, durability, and cutting performance.
  • Multi-Material Use: Cuts clean holes in steel, brass, aluminum, copper, plastic, wood, and more — one bit replaces a whole set.
  • Two-Flute Spiral Groove Design: Drives faster, smoother, and cleaner cuts while efficiently removing chips and debris from the work surface.
  • 3-Sided (Triangle) Shank: Anti-slip design prevents the bit from rotating in the drill chuck, ensuring safe and precise drilling every time.
  • Clearly Labeled Steps: Each step is engraved with the diameter size, so you always know exactly what size hole you're drilling — no measuring needed.
  • 99mm Length: Offers excellent reach and leverage for a variety of applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What materials can this HSS titanium step drill bit cut through?

A: This step drill bit is designed to cut through a wide variety of materials including steel, brass, aluminum, copper, plastic, and wood. The high speed steel (HSS) construction combined with the titanium coating makes it suitable for both soft and hard materials with ease.

Q: What is the difference between the 4–32mm and 4–42mm versions?

A: Both versions start at a 4mm minimum hole diameter. The 4–32mm bit drills holes up to 32mm in diameter, while the 4–42mm version extends to 42mm — ideal for larger holes in sheet metal, electrical panels, or wood panels where bigger openings are required.

Q: Does the titanium coating wear off quickly?

A: Titanium nitride (TiN) coating is a hard, durable surface treatment that significantly reduces friction and heat during drilling, which actually helps the coating — and the bit itself — last longer. Using appropriate drill speeds and cutting oil on metal applications will further extend its lifespan.

Q: Will this bit fit my standard power drill?

A: Yes. The 3-sided (triangle) shank is compatible with most standard 3-jaw drill chucks found on corded and cordless power drills. The anti-slip shank design also ensures the bit stays firmly locked in the chuck during operation.

Q: Do I need cutting oil when using this step drill bit on metal?

A: While the titanium coating reduces heat, using a few drops of cutting oil or lubricant when drilling through hard metals like steel is always recommended. It further reduces heat, extends bit life, and produces cleaner, smoother holes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger
