Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Refused orders will be returned to the customer at their expense. Damaged or orders with missing items will be replaced.

Very dangerous metal shavings!!!
Negative stars if I could.
This is a very dangerous product. It worked well for a while. But then it quit effectively removing the lid instead I got little tiny shavings of metal around the edge. These shavings of metal go into the food and very dangerous.
So this was a waste of money and incredibly dangerous. I am throwing it in the trash today.
