Celestite – Raw Light Blue Crystal Cluster from Madagascar. This natural mineral specimen presents a pale blue celestite cluster mounted on a crumbly rock matrix. The piece is extremely fragile; the surrounding rock tends to detach easily, while the celestite crystals themselves are comparatively sturdy. Dimensions on the stand are 21.0 cm high, 11.5 cm wide, and 10.0 cm deep, with a weight of 2.2 kg. Photographed in natural light to show subtle color variations and surface markings. Formation & Characteristics

This natural celestite crystal cluster features light blue prisms with translucent to transparent faces. The outer surface shows natural cavities and minor imperfections; the surrounding rock matrix is crumbly and tends to detach. Large, high-quality formations like this are uncommon.
