The 361 SPIRE 3 running shoes are back as a reliably energized neutral running favorite. Specifically designed with the runner in mind, these running shoes feature impressive comfort and responsiveness. QU!K Flex Forefoot offers a natural feel and quick turnover during the run. The carbon fiber plate made with QU!K Spine technology offers stability around the forefoot for a more efficient ride.

Upper: Direct-attach upper provides lightweight support and structure. Mesh offers breathable flexibility. Padded tongue and heel collar enhance comfort. Lace-up front offers an adjustable fit.

Midsole: Molded blend of QU!KFOAM for additional comfort and support. QU!KFOAM vertically assembled in the QDP Interlink System provides cushioned guidance from contact phase through the gait cycle with medial posting and arch bridge for additional support. Fitz-Rite midfoot technology provides a soft internal webbing that helps hold the foot secure.

Outsole: Anatomical flex grooves biomechanically designed to promote natural foot motion with blown rubber to give a smooth, soft ride.
