The textiles were sent to a 100 year old family owned and operated shoe factory in Spain that we have been working closely with for the past few years. The lining is premium faux leather. The base of the clog is made with natural elements

Introducing our Carpet Clogs! These clogs are an EU45 and fit best for a Men's US 12. These shoes are made from vintage tapestry blankets sourced from a friend in the Ukraine. Each pair is completely one of a kind. The textiles were sent to a 100 year old family owned and operated shoe factory in Spain that we have been working closely with for the past few years. The lining is premium faux leather. The base of the clog is made with natural elements such as natural rubber and cork using BIO technology which offers maximum shock absorption and support. This clog also has an EVA sole allowing for a lighter more flexible shoe.

We firmly believe in recycling and repurposing materials to create to new clothing and accessories whenever possible. The clothing industry creates 10% of the world’s carbon emissions, by reusing and repurposing we are keeping carbon footprint as close to nonexistent as possible.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet. My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan. I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS. Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
