Oscillating Spindle Sander

The RIKON Oscillating Spindle Sander 50-320 is a specialized sander for the fast and accurate sanding of curved board edges and the inside surfaces of bored holes in projects. 4-1/2" Tall abrasive sleeves mounted on the machine's spindle oscillate up-and-down 5/8", 58 time per minute. This oscillation while the spindle spins, provides more efficient abrasive cutting action. Metal table is fixed, non-tilting, so the motor driven spindle is always 90 degrees to the table. Powerful 1/2 HP, 120 Volt, 4 Amp, 10,000 RPM motor drives the spindle at 2,000RPMs. Sander includes 6 spindle diameters (1/2" - 3"), 6 abrasive sleeves and 6 table inserts to make this a valuable machine for every shop. Weighs 20 lbs.
