The KUIU Pro bino harness is being phased out and the Pro G3 and Pro Chest Pack are coming to the party. As before we saw a need and we've developed a solution to provide a holster for the new KUIU bino harnesses. Only downside is we need to modify the ammo plate that came with your G3 Harness, so read on for instructions to send that to us (and our Bullet Bug is available if you want to retain the lightweight, 6-round capacity of the ammo plate).

We call it the Rowan 3.0! Same holster, same fitment, different attachment system. If your harness has a velcro attachment for accessories, you have the old-style PRO harness and should check out our Rowan holster.

We can't guarantee your handgun will fit, but we've tested and designed it for the models below:

Medium: Glock Models (19, 19x, 17, 20, 29, 45), HK Models (USP 40 Compact), Springfield Models (1911 Mil Spec, XDS 40, XDM Elite 10mm, XDM 40, XD Sub Compact 40, Hellcat 9mm), Ruger Models (Service 6, SP 101 357 Snub Nose)

Large: Smith & Wesson Models (329-PD, 29), Ruger Models (Super Redhawk, Security 6), FN Models (510 10mm)

UPGRADE OPTION

Bullet Bug - for an additional $20, keep your six-cartridge storage when you don't need to bring the sidearm. Easily swaps out and secures to the harness with no tools needed.

How does this work?

Step 1: Once you have your Pro G3 or Pro Chest Pack, place the order for the holster you want in terms of size and right or left hand.

Step 2: Remove the bottom ammo plate (or maybe it's for meat sticks) from your Pro G3 or Pro Chest Pack. Put that plate along with your order number and first and last name in an appropriate package. Send that to us at:

NOTE: CLEAN your ammo plate before sending it to us. We will charge you to clean it. Also, we will contact you and confirm this is what you want if your ammo plate is in bad shape. If you have any questions about this, send us some pictures.

Step 3: We will let you know when we receive your plate and we will get to work.

Step 4: We will send your holster back to you and WE COVER the return shipping. You will then receive a tracking number. 

What do we do?

We will modify that bottom plate slightly so that you can still carry 4 meat sticks or rifle cartridges, depending on the caliber. At that point we will attach the Rowan Holster to the plate and that's it. You should know, we are pretty sure any warranty you have with KUIU on that plate will be highly voided and we can't make any promises on their products. That said, we'll keep our promises on ours.

Disclaimer

Here at D.I.G., we stand by our products, but we cannot vouch for KUIU. They make great stuff, which is why we're building on their platform, but the bottom plate is not designed to carry a holster and a sidearm. If something breaks, we will help you out and honor our warranty on D.I.G. equipment. In a similar vein, if you send us a plate that is in bad shape (dirty, ripped up, damaged, etc.), the Rowan 3.0 might not be the best choice for your bino pack. We will contact you and express our concerns, but ultimately any problems with the bino pack are not our responsibility.
