Unfortunately the dust basket was missing a pin and that plastic screen that keeps the filter and foam in. I contacted the vendor, and Eufy responded quickly. The unit itself has laser guidance and a great app that lets you control it and set times, etc. It’s a definite evolution from the 1s. It is faster, cleans better, and allows you more ways to control it This is a great value for the money, especially for the refurbished price and the outstanding customer service.

Charging base makes awful high pitch noise.

It cleans fine but the charging base emits a terrible high pitch noise. I have to unplug it when nearby. Cats no longer want to sleep in the same room as the vacuum base. Update: A little over a year later and it appears the vacuum's onboard wifi module has passed the rainbow bridge to electric heaven. Can no longer connect the L50 to the app or local wifi. Tried resetting, reverting to older version of app, changing my wifi to 2ghz only. Trying setup in airplane mode. Nothing works.
