Nase und Gaumen:
In der Nase kalkhaltige, minerale Frische trifft auf grüne Frucht: grüne Birne, unreifer Apfel, touches von Zitronenlimonade. Noten von Mandeln, Heu und ein leichter Hauch von Waldboden. Florale Akzente (weißes Blütenmeer) mischen sich mit salziger Steinigkeit und einer subtilen Sherry-Anmutung aus dem Eichenfass.
Am Gaumen klar, trocken und kühl. Saftige, knusprige Frucht von grünem Apfel und reifer Birne, begleitet von zarter Zitruskeit. Cremige Textur durch die Florhefe-Entfaltung im Fass, doch frisch geerdet von salziger Mineralität. Würzige, nussige Untertöne, mittlerer Körper, feine Struktur, langanhaltender, leicht salziger Abgang mit einer subtilen bitterness der Kalkböden.
