Standardmäßig sind unsere 2K-Dosieranlagen für eine 20- oder 200-Liter-A-Komponente und eine 20-Liter-B-Komponente ausgelegt. Mit dieser Option erweitern Sie die Basisanlage so, dass eine flüssige B-Komponente direkt aus einem 200-Liter-Spundlochfass verarbeitet werden kann.

Die Erweiterung umfasst ein Sondergestell mit größerer Grundplatte, auf der das B-Fass sicher positioniert wird, sowie eine 200-Liter-Fasspumpe mit zwei Hub-Säulen für komfortables Aufsetzen und Wechseln des Fasses.

Besonders sinnvoll ist diese Option bei höherem Materialdurchsatz auf der B-Seite: Statt häufig 20-Liter-Hobbocks zu wechseln, arbeiten Sie deutlich länger aus einem 200-Liter-Gebinde. Das reduziert Stillstandszeiten, Wechselaufwand und den Stückpreis pro Liter Material.
