Die ECAIA Carafe ist ein mineralischer Durchfluss-Wasser-Ionsierer, der in der Lage ist, dem Wasser seine schädlichen Substanzen zu nehmen, die Eigenschaften positiv zu verändern und den Geschmack des ECAIA-Wassers harmonisch abzurunden
Im Gegensatz zu einem elektrischen Wasserionisierer benötigt die Karaffe keinen elektrischen Strom. Aktivkohle-Granulat reinigt das Wasser von Schadstoffen.
Der Filter der Ecaia Karaffe sollte alle zwei Monate getauscht werden.
Die Filter-Technologie von Sanuslife
Wie beim ECAIA ionizer kommt auch bei der ECAIA carafe die Filtertechnology by SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL zum Einsatz. Der Filter- und Ionisierungsprozess spielt sich in der ECAIA cartridge ab. Spezielle Bio-Keramiken übernehmen die mineralische Ionisierung ohne Strom.
Hinweis: Je nach Mineralienzusammensetzung des Wassers, kann die Ionisierungsleistung variieren. Daher kann nicht immer eine hohe Ionisierungsleistung garantiert werden, weshalb auch ein niedriger bis sehr niedriger pH-Wert und/oder ein Redox-Wert im Plusbereich möglich sind.
Die Aufbereitung des Wassers mit ECAIA Filterkartuschen ist in 2 Phasen unterteilt:
Phase 1 – Die Reinigung
Wie in ECAIA Filter Nr. 1 und Nr. 2 des ECAIA Ionizer ist auch in der ECAIA Filterkartusche der ECAIA Carafe Aktivkohle-Granulat enthalten. Abhängig von der Schadstoffbelastung, erreicht man eine leichte bis sehr hohe Filterleistung, der am häufigsten vorkommenden Schadstoffe im Trinkwasser. Somit erreicht man Werte, die oft sehr weit unter dem den vorgegebenen Grenzwerten der Trinkwasserverordnung liegen.
Hinweis: In Gebieten mit sehr kalkhaltigem Wasser kann keine hohe Ionisierungsleistung garantiert werden, weshalb auch ein niedriger bis sehr niedriger pH-Wert und/oder ein Redox-Wert im Plusbereich möglich sind.
Phase 2 – Die mineralische Ionisierung
Spezielle Biokeramiken, gebrannt aus Mineralien und Metallen, reagieren bei Kontakt mit Wasser und ermöglichen die mineralische Ionisierung. Bei diesem chemischen Vorgang erhält das Wasser dieselben Eigenschaften, welche es auch bei der Aufbereitung durch elektronische Wasserionisier erhält. Es wird basischer, sauerstoffreicher und antioxidanter (elektronenreich).
Das Wissen um Wasseraufbereitung mit gebrannten Mineralien und Metallen reicht weit zurück. Vor allem in China, Japan und Korea wurden bereits vor etwa 2000 bis 3000 Jahren Keramiken gebrannt. Später wurden funktionelle Keramiken entwickelt, die den pH- und ORP-Wert des Wassers verändern können.
SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL hat dieses alte Wissen aufgegriffen. Zahlreiche Tests wurden durchgeführt, um Schwachpunkte früherer Filtermedien zu ermitteln und sie an die Eigenschaften des Wassers von heute anzupassen. Dabei wurde fast alles überarbeitet. Von den Materialien über die Brenndauer bis hin zur Rezeptur.
Je nach Ausgangswasser können Werte von bis zu pH 9,5 und ORP von über -100 mV erreicht werden.

Umweltfreundlicher Kartuschen-Wechsel
Wasser wird häufig in der praktischen Einweg-Plastikflasche gekauft. Dieser Komfort hinterlässt allerdings Spuren in der Umwelt. Denn Wasser aus der Plastikflasche verursacht Müllberge von Plastik. Weltweit werden ca. 89 Milliarden Liter Wasser jährlich in Plastikflaschen abgefüllt. 80 Prozent dieser Flaschen werden nicht wiederverwertet. Hinzu kommt, dass die Herstellung einer Plastikflasche extrem viel Energie und sauberes Wasser verbraucht. Vom ökologischen Gesichtspunkt aus betrachtet, ist die Herstellung von Einweg-Plastikflaschen für Trinkwasser absolut unvernünftig. Another win for this writing duo!

I loved this book.
I love everything about this book and these characters.
Alyx was such a strong female lead. She took no crap from anyone and was such a badass. I also loved that even though she was strong and independent, she allowed herself to be vulnerable when the tines were right, and i enjoyed seeing her growth throughout the story.
Joha had me obsessed from the very second he appeared on page. I adore his loving nature but appreciate that he did what he had to do in the long run. His innocent personality often had me swoonig for him. He is such a romantic and probably my favorite of the three.
Orion was a character i grew to love. At first, I wasn't crazy about him at all, but as the story progressed, so did my love for him. His sense of duty to protect his king and best friend made me respect him, and his character was well written.
And then there is Crux, another character that i was instantly intreagued in. I knew instantly i would love him, and i was correct. His possesivness, his willingness to do anything for Alyx, and his filthy mouth had me in a chokehold.
The plot of this book had me guessing what was going to happen all the way to the end. I didn't see some of the twists, which is hard as im very good at predicting outcomes. Im glad it was able to end the way it did. I was worried there for a little bit. But i adore the ending, and i would love to see more of these characters.

A bit disappointed

I'm a huge fan of romantasy and I'm thrilled to see more RH romantasy books coming out. I also enjoy a good standalone and these are two of my favorite authors. Everything seemed like it should have added up to make a perfect book here...but I ended up feeling a bit disappointed.
The world is interesting and Alyx is the kind of FMC that I love. It's the lack of background on the male leads and, well, everything else that left me disappointed. Joha has a bit of a background story as it's central to the main plot..but Orion and Crux seem to have just popped into existence as full formed characters. I have no idea if they had families or friends before. Orion's entire personality is centered around protecting Joha and Crux's life is centered around Alyx. That's all I know about them.
Then there were some glaring inconsistencies. Atlas was Atticus earlier in the book. His backstory and how he planned everything is never explained. He just appears as the mastermind. There were no hints or lead ups that he might appear. It felt like the authors needed a villain to be the mastermind and he fit.
There were several other issues, but I won't drone on. Basically, it was a good book that missed the mark on being great. I think if it has been a trilogy or even a duet then the authors could have spent more time delving into the back stories of the characters and making everything feel believable. As it stands, it's good and I'll probably buy a hardcopy for my library but I don't think it'll be a book that I reread frequently.

Not my typical read, but it was really good

This is not my typical type of genre, but I found it to be really good. I really enjoyed the female assassin and king romance with the time and storyline. The intricate relationship was not one I expected but also good and added spice to the storyline.
Now, the only thing that would have made it sweeter would have been an epilogue on the Mother Queen. Call me vengeful, but she needed more than what was done to her. I wanted to see a snipit of her life in misery. 🤣

The twists I never saw coming

Alyx is hellbent on revenge and nothing will stand in her way. She’s such a complex character in that you think she is one thing, and twists forming into another.
Joha acts like an absolute dimwit but do not be fooled by this facade for he is a king with nothing to lose and everything to gain.
This book was such a slow burn it almost hurt. KA Knight is a master at edging us with a plot that will send us on an emotional roller coaster. I adore her story telling and the fact that she teamed up with Erin O’Kane makes this book even more special.
The plot twist just broke my heart. I’m in literal tears writing this.
