Einzelstück! Nur so günstig, da defekt ( Eine neue Markise in vergleichbarer Qualität, z. B. der Nachfolger Thule TO 5200 in 300 cm kostet im Handel rund 750 EUR ).

Verkauft wird die Markise ausdrücklich als "defekt" und als "Ersatzteilspender". Der Käufer erklärt sich beim Kauf dieser Markise, auf eventuelle Rechte aus §437 BGB zu verzichten, da ihm bereits beim Kauf klar ist, dass die Ware defekt ist.
